Tamsyn Jennifer Mathew
Software Engineer & Creative
Founder of Art Over There — spearheading design, frontend & backend development, product vision, and community engagement.
An Artist, Entrepreneur, and Self-taught Software Engineer. Trained in Contemporary Theatre at Brighton University, Tamsyn conceived the idea for Art Over There in 2016 after organizing music and art events from a squat in Paris. She designed, prototyped, and coded the app’s first version.
Passionate about the intersection of arts, creativity, and technology, she leads product vision, spearheads design and full-stack development, and fosters community engagement. Alongside her twin brother Justin, she’s committed to building groundbreaking tech that empowers creatives in the digital age.
Justin David Mathew
Software & Mechanical Engineer
Founder and early technical contributor focused on building the first public version of the mobile app.
An Engineer, Entrepreneur, and Extreme Sports Enthusiast. Trained as a Mechanical Engineer at the University of Cape Town, Justin transitioned into financial management before finding his true passion in tech startups.
Justin contributed to the early product build of Art Over There, helping establish the initial app architecture and core mobile features.
